Not really. however a woman who hasn't had her tubes tied can also have a 3 month period without a period and not necessarily be pregnant.
If you are a lot overweight or underweight this can also cause an absence in menstruation as well as stress and other factors. if you had your tubes tied during/after the birth of a baby then it can be normal not to have a period while breastfeeding
The best and only thing you can do is take a pregnancy test. and if its positive seek medical advice to rule out eptopic pregnancy. goodluck
