If it is minor snoring - yes, but if it is loud snoring and constant, you need to have your child checked out by a doctor. There could be a more serious problem such as sleep apnea, sinusitis, adenoid enlargement, Allergies, Asthma or, gastroenterological reflux disorder. Occasional snoring is ok. But if it persists child should be shown to ENT surgeon.

Yes, because some children just have blocked noses if they snore!! If it's not that, probably a sinus problem! Hope I helped you!
