Yes it is completely normal :) I own a leopard gecko, and before and after he sheds and doesn't eat at all. Mine sometimes doesn't eat for a weak and is completely fine :) and yes it is normal for them to sleep a lot in the day time, they are nocturnal creatures. They sometimes sleep in the night too! :)
Most gecko's are nocturnal, so check during the day if they are asleep, then at night if they are awake. if they stay awake all the time, consult a vet.
yeah brah, gecko sleep in dirt
it needs to be out down! its ill in a way where its brain is shutting down
every animal sleeps. Some animals like leopard geckos sleep during daylight hours, and you should have a daylight bulb and a nocturnal bulb.
Leopard geckos will dig for multiple different reasons. Most will not burrow within the substrates as a means to sleep. Some will however dig if they're gravid. When a female is eggbound, she will seek out the most damp spot in the terrarium and deposit her eggs when she is ready. If a leopard gecko is going through shed, it is common for them to again, seek out a damp spot in the terrarium to aid in the shedding process. In some cases, a leopard gecko will burrow a little in order to come closer to the under tank heater, if one is present.
Normally they sleep in the afternoon. the lay down, close there eyes (they do have eyelids) and sleep.
depends on the species of gecko and the conditions. but easily 8-12 hours
yes, they do, they live in mostly trees and try to find dry areas to sleep
it is white and spotty
I do not think so
obv not they can walk They Sleep laying at the bottom or the ocean
its not just their food dish they like the water one aswell. they normally find it warmer and more comfy to have something surrounding them as they sleep, i have 2, one is in the water bowl and the other in the food bowl, its just normal for them
