In most cases, yes. A lot of times a younger woman likes to have a more mature man in her life, someone not looking to party or worried about going fast and is more interested in how secure his family and future will be. Also, older men tend to know themselves and what a woman likes; experience DOES count for something.
May December relationships do have their drawbacks: he is more likely to die earlier than she is (even if they are the same age!), he may or may not want children, may already have children from a previous marriage, he may come with a boatload of debt, or guilt over previous family or ....
As long as they are both legal age, and they both respect and care for each other, that is don't USE each other, any age mix of relationships have their positive and negative sides. People need each other, we live longer happier lives together.
