Plaque is building up in a hole in my gums after my wisdom teeth have been extracted a month ago Chunks of plaque smell bad Is this normal Will the hole heal How do i get plaque out?
Rinse regularly with mouth wash and yes the hole will heal and it will be less likely to get plaque in it then .....until then brush and rinse 3 times a day for sure or your breath will be kickin :)
