Plaque is building up in a hole in my gums after my wisdom teeth have been extracted a month ago Chunks of plaque smell bad Is this normal Will the hole heal How do i get plaque out?

Rinse regularly with mouth wash and yes the hole will heal and it will be less likely to get plaque in it then .....until then brush and rinse 3 times a day for sure or your breath will be kickin :)

this is very normal. the chunks are actually clots. Depending on your age, and frequency of your period this can be normal. But if you are worried it is a miscarriage, (you would not of had your period for awhile unless you have just become pregnant) go see a doctor to make sure.
