Yes, nightmare can be dangerous if someone continuously gets them. This is because nightmares interferes with the psychological, social, and mental well being of a person.
It is normal. Ask the other person out.
Dreams or nightmares are, well...sometimes unormal and sometimes normal. You know, sometimes, people may believe that dreams are sending you small messages. If you dream that you are falling, that means you are depressed or sad/mad/angry at someone. If you dream that you are flying an airplane, very steadily, and you know exactly how to drive, (even though you don't know/have not learned.) means that you are happy, and driving away from all the bad things that you have encountered. Sometimes, people even dream of thing that they have forgotten. These dreams are called 'Reminder Dreams'. Reminder dreams happen very rarely, and only happen if you have forgotten something, (Sometimes, even when you have forgotten something, you wouldn't have that dream.) And, I ensure you, don't be afraid when you have nightmares. And remember, every dream means something. If there are questions you want to ask me, you can.
It is about war and someone waking from nightmares..
Nightmares.
Lots of people have nightmares now and then. Anyway, you may want to ask her; or if the problem is severe, take her to a doctor or psychologist.
I think so! I feel like that all the time. Perfectly normal. No, it is not. That is a sign of mental instability. Now, let me qualify that. Most people DO indeed want to be someone else. So what does that tell us about the current state of mental health of 'most people"? Just because a thing is common does not mean it is normal, or healthy. I suppose it requires a defining of 'normal. If by normal you mean, a lot of people do it, then sure, it is normal to want to be someone else. If buy normal you mean sane, healthy, and so on, thenh absolutely not.
Nightmares are a normal thing - everyone has them. Some of the possible "physical" causes can include fever, cramps, and muscles tension in the neck and back. Inebriation, stomach pains and indigestion are other possibilities. Fortunately, most nightmares are simple subconscious imaginings.
