"Normal" is a statistical term, and it's not relevant here. Please understand that the ability to create a fetish is part of human sexuality. Its purpose is to increase the likelihood of sexual intercourse. Having a fetish is natural human behavior.
As a non-Muslim, I can't tell you what behavior is acceptable in Muslim traditions. But simply having a fetish is no more "wrong" than having brown hair.
