Well, it's not exactly "normal," but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Some people are aroused by choking, and as long as it's done carefully it's all right. But -- and this is important -- be sure you and your partner know exactly what you're doing. It's possible to permanently injure your larynx; oxygen deprivation can cause permanent brain injury, and even death. Please play carefully (and it wouldn't hurt to take a first aid course)!
