It probably isn't pus. Its most likely Hypertrophic scarring. It may look like its filled with pus but don't pop it. Wait until its 2-3 months old before you try to use tea tree oil on the piercing. Dab a bit of the oil onto the bump and it'll flake off until its gone. Blood is normal for any new piercing.
If it looks like a pimple then it's clearly as stated above a "Hypertrophic reaction" (this is a reaction to an irritant, generally it's due to the aftercare solution, spray or other junk your piercer has instructed you to use). The way to resolve this is to stop using the solution on your piercing. Irrigate the piercing daily in the shower while shuffling or rotation the jewellery under running water, come out and dry the piercing and do not use anything else on the piercing.
A Hypertrophic reaction is the bodies way of pushing the irritant away from the piercing (hence the bump). The tissue (skin cells) are engorged with cologne due to the irritant. Washing the piercing with warm running water in the shower while moving the jewellery will allow the irritant to be flushed away.
The skin will see the irritant is gone and will start to settle down and dry out, this drying out is normal and don't put moisturizer on the dry area, this will prevent the damaged tissue from sluffing and falling off and prolong the issue.
Resolving this bump issue can take a couple of weeks (or longer) and you need to stay on top of flushing the piercing daily without fail. Relax this will resolve it will just take some time. Tea tree oil and sea salt will not resolve the issue so don't consider using these items. This information I have provided to you is based of several thousand piercings I have dealt with over the last 18 years in the professional body piercing industry and is solid fact based info.
