I believe the blood you are seeing on the pad is darker because it has been exposed to the air longer. When you are wiping with the toweling, you are getting 'fresher' blood that's just been expelled from your body. Both are normal. (This is why if you 'leak' onto your panties, its reddish at first, but dark brown later when it's completely dried).>But you should check with your gynecologist at your next appt.- if you don't have one, get one! There are vital tests every women over 16 should have at least once a year! Good luck & good health to you!
If u have light spotting instead of my period what could it be?
Hormonal birth control changes your menstrual bleeding. It's not unusual to have brown spotting instead of a regular period when you're on birth control.
No spotting only period is not normal. You should consult you gynae for such case.
Spotting is very normal while on the pill. After a few months you shouldn't have any spotting.
Yes, it is. In the first 18 months of your period, it is not regular and can take up to 42 days rather than 30 or 31. On certain days, your period is not heavy, and is just a bit of spotting. On other days, it is quite heavy and can sometimes 'flood' (meaning that it goes through the pantyliner and onto your pants). It's completely normal, so don't worry. ;)
Yes
Yes.. It is pretty normal for most women. If the spotting beyond your period lasts longer then a week, consult your dr!
no not normal
It is normal to have your period for eight days but only if it is normal - spotting.
Spotting is normal before your period - your period doesn't just suddenly start, it starts slowly at first so only small amounts of blood will leave your body, this is spotting.
I dont think you can but you can have spotting which may confuse you for your menstral. Spotting is much lighter then ur actually period.
If the spotting is brown blood then this is simply left over blood from your period.
