I'm not going to use the word "normal" here but it is possible. some women tend to steer clear of the kitchen bc the smell, thought, or sight of food can make them nauseous. I'm sure going from 3 big meals a day to eating saltines so you dont puke may make a woman lose a few pounds.
3 1/2 pound for the first trimester and 1 pound per week. 25-35 pounds for single birth and 37-54 pounds for twin birth
I was wondering the same thing!!! My hunger has been normal (like before I became pregnant) until last week but mainly over the passed couple days. I am now 24 weeks so I would also almost be in my third trimester :) and my hunger has increased dramatically!! I would assume it is normal considering the growth spurt that the babies go through now. My baby was just over a pound last week and will be 2 pounds by the end of this week so I would think our hunger needs to increase but really am not sure medically if this is normal :)
Yes, it is possible, but it is not recommended and it is not healthy to gain that much weight during the first trimester. Most of your pregnancy weight gain should happen during the second trimester.
Normal, yes; ideal, no. However, criticism will tend to negatively affect this person's self esteem which often leads to weight gain. Her size is not who she is.
Unless you are already in the second trimester, it is highly unlikely that your excessive weight gain is being caused by pregnancy. Suring the first trimester, there is minimal weight gain, however, during the second trimester is when most pregnancy weight will be gained.
sure
No , that is not normal that is anerexic
The first week of pregnancy is technically the week your menstrual period, you technically have not even conceived yet! By the time you actually conceive you are about 2 weeks pregnant! (weird I know!). But you should gain about 2-3 pounds the first trimester.
95 pounds
You are normal weight, 110 is a normal weight for 5 '3'. Underweight is probably under 100 pounds
Gaining any or some weight during the first trimester depends on your weight to begin with. You can gain none, two pounds, or six. It really does just depend on you starting weight. My source was: caloriecount.about.com/forums/pregnancy.../gain-first-trimester(It's a great website for weight, how to lose it, and all questions.)
98 pounds for someone who is 5 feet 6 inches tall is actually considered underweight. The normal, healthy weight for this height is between 118 pounds and 148 pounds.
