No, if I were you, I'd go see a doctor as soon as possible. It isn't usually normal for a healty woman not to have a period. Well I personally had my tubes tied in June of 2005 and just had my first "REAL" period last week January 16, 2006, so yes it is possible and I was not pregnant and still am not pregnant. I had my tubes burned. if you were breast feeding then you have a good chance of not getting one for a while.
if you are just started to get your period yes it is normal to be irregular. but if you have been having your period this is not normal at all.
after having my daugther in may i havent got my period and its been 4 months is that normal i took test and it came out negative?
Yes, a woman can still get her period after having a tubal ligation. The only ting that a tubal ligation does is stop you from ovulating. The only way you stop having your period is by either going through menopause, having a hysterectomy, or another medical condition that stops you from having your period.
yes a normal period can be 3-5 day or longer :) x
Because you still have a functional uterus and functional ovaries. The ligation only stops the ova from entering the uterus.
If you are a man, then yes. If you are a woman, call your doctor and ask him or her the question.
I don't know but I know two women who had children after having it done, so it is possible.
If you have a normal period with normal flow you are not pregnant
I was on my period during my tubal ligation, and when I woke up, I was only spotting. The next day my period was gone. The tubal ligation completely stopped my period... was great.
Yes, surgery of any kind (a shock to the system) can cause your body to be "out of whack" for a while, including your cycle. It should regulate itself in a couple months.
It is not normal to not get your menstrual period for two months. The best thing to do is see your doctor or gynecologist to determine the exact cause.
Check into the possiblity of going through the change early ... certain drugs cause this.
When I got my tubes tied my doc warned me about getting tubal pregnancies. You might want to check it out. It could just be the fact that you got your tubes tied. My periods haven't been the same since I got mine tied. yes, i had my tubal and 4 months later my period was 2 months late...i had negative tests...i went to the dr and he said that it was normal, but if it goes beyond 2 months and you are having symptoms, then tests needed to be ran or medication to start your period..he said that even if you have a tubal pregnancy, that you will most likely have a positive test..
mainly if ur pregnant but other things can cause that too, like stress
The normal gestatoin period of a cat is about two months. A cat's gestation period is about two months, which is about 9 weeks, which is about 65 days.
Everyone is different, and sometimes girls may skip a month. If you recently started your period or in this case your period was 4 months ago and it was your first time, that is normal. From my first to second period ever, I went 2 months. Again, everyone is different, and if it reaches 6 months of not having it, I would maybe consider going to the doctor.
Not necessarily. You can have a regular period and still be infertile. But NOT having a normal period makes it very likely that you have a reduced fertility.
After your first few periods it's normal for the cycle to be irregular. I haven't gotten my period in 7 months...but trust me, if you're definitely not pregnant, and you're still in the first year of having your period, you're perfectly fine.
No, it is not normal to have vaginal bleeding for 3 months. You should see your gynecologist.
No; having a normal period is a sign that everything is... normal. If your period is longer than usual, heavier than usual or abnormal in some way, than you should consider consulting a doctor.
