yes it's ok, they are both hampsters.
Depends what you mean by 'type'. If you mean can a Syrian Hamster mate with a 'teddy bear', 'black bear', 'fancy' hamster, etc, then all these names are simply variants of the Syrian, and are different species. Therefore they can all freely breed together. A syrian hamster though cannot be bred with dwarf hamsters, or European hamsters, these are different species.
yes.
'Golden' hamster is an alternate name for a Syrian Hamster. Assuming the albino female is too a Syrian Hamster, then yes, they can mate. If it's some variety of dwarf hamster, then no.
i don't think so.
a hambear will be made
No. One is a Syrian Hamster, the other is a Dwarf Hamster. They are not the same species, they are not even the same genus.
the black bear mate in June and July
I'm not quite sure, but dwarf hamsters types can tolerate other hamsters. Fancy black bears, I assume aren't in that category, so they must be pretty territorial.
Syrian hamsters are also called golden or teddy bear hamsters. They are the biggest breed of hamster. They come in a variety of different colours and our about double the size of Chinese, Dwarfs, Russians, Roborovsky's. They are the most solitary type of hamster and must live alone, unlike any other type which requires a mate.
No.
A teddy bear hamster and black bear hamster are the exact same animal, both are given "fancy" names in pet stores but are properly called Syrian Hamsters. They, of course, can mate. This is a difficult process though and the female has to be monitored closely. When she's in heat (about every 3-4 days), she'll raise her tail when you run your hand down her back. At this point, she can be put into the male's cage or place them both in neutral territory (NEVER put the male in her cage, she will kill him). Once mated, separate them immediately. If she became pregnant, you'll see signs around her second week of pregnancy. She'll give birth about three-four weeks after mating. Make sure you have homes for the babies BEFORE breeding! She can have up to 15! Most pet stores will NOT take babies from someone who isn't a breeder. yes but watch them when they meet they might fight I am not an expert but I am pretty sure that they can if you have any more Q: about hamsters please contact me @ Samantha.loo1@yahoo.com
No! They are too territorial . They may kill each other . Once they are little they won't but instincts will kick in as they are going into adulthood and they will kill any hamster near it.
