It’s not appropriate for a boy to steal his sister’s pantyhose to wear them. Number one, they belong to his sister. He should not take her things. Second, he is a boy and should not be wearing pantyhose. Pantyhose are an undergarment for women and girls to wear with skirts and dresses. Boys don’t wear, skirts or dresses. And they don’t wear pantyhose. He should let his sister wear her pantyhose and he should wear his pants.
