Yes, it is ok. But the best bedding for a rabbit is aspen or cutter shavings, because the absorption of paper isn't great.

Shredded newspaper can be used for mice bedding, but it is important to ensure that the ink and any chemicals used in the newspaper are safe for the mice. Untreated, plain white newspaper is generally a safer option compared to colored or glossy newspaper. It's also recommended to provide additional bedding options, such as aspen shavings or paper-based bedding, for mice to choose from.
Yes but it's better for Rabbits to eat Rabbit food,Grass,Hay,And carrots and such
As long as it is aspen, yes. Mice can't have pine or cedar because the phenols that make them smell nice damage their respiratory systems and increase liver enzymes.
It is not good for the horse to eat straw. Instead of using straw for the bedding I would switch to sawdust so you will not have to worry about your horse eating the straw.
No. Citrus can make most rabbits sick. On rare occations they are ok. But try to stay clear of heving them eat it. :P
No. Rabbits must NOT eat any kind of wheat.
Yes
As long as you have already checked that these items were OK for the rabbit to eat in the first place, then you can offer them to your rabbits even though they are wilted. You might put them in cool water for 30 minutes if you want then to perk up. I raised rabbits for many years, and if the greens weren't OK for the rabbits, they would just scratch them through the wire floor of their cage. They were pretty smart.
