∙ 11y agoit is because of poor sanitasion it happened to me awhile ago i have forgotten to clean its cage and its almost 2 weeks i do not clean it and it is so disgusting
it was only house flies that they hatch their eggs to the poop and the urine of your guinea pig
clean it immediately bcoz it can cause your piggy to have URI
if it poop with maggots go to the vet immediately maybe he/she was suffering diarrhea or any parasitic in their intestine :)
