Repeatedly rooting your Android device after reverting back to full stock ("unrooting") has absolutely no adverse effects on the integrity, operability, or overall stability of the device. It is a common myth that performing numerous system level modifications -- such as rooting -- on an Android mobile device has a negative effect on the device's lifespan and stability. Nothing could be further from the truth. In theory, repeatedly wiping and flashing the eMMC flash memory of a smartphone or tablet progressively weakens the integrity of the internal storage protocol, and can eventually corrupt flash memory to an inoperable state. However, this theory has been put to the test in a lab setting on virtually all brands and types of flash memory devices. In reality, the number of actual wipe/flash cycles needed to corrupt or damage most eMMC flash storage devices is in the millions. Even the most zealous Android modder is not going to get anywhere close to those numbers during the lifespan of a mobile device.
No, it is not advisable to root your Android phone over and over.

If your main purpose is to just move apps to the external SD card, you don't necessarily have to root your phone. There are apps out there that can move files to the SD without requiring root priviledges...AppMgr III/App 2 SD is an example.
ok
i assume you are trying to install from the web (pc) to your phone. as long as your phone has your gmail account info in it and you are logged into website (google play) from pc then an install link will appear when you browse apps in the market. just click install and it will open another window where you can choose which device to install on (if you have more than one android device, like a tablet and a phone) then click OK... sometimes it takes awhile for phone to appear if its a new phone/tablet/device or new account
no its not possible

Dead on Arrival.
First connect your phone to your computer via USB cable. When your phone detects the connection and asks you if it should mount the sd card as a portable drive on the computer press ok. When your phone is connected this way just open it through "My Computer" a.k.a. windows explorer as you'd open a normal USB drive and copy the file into the music folder on it; upon disconnecting the phone the android music player should recognize the file as music and add it to your song list.
You need a file manager to clean your phone. I've been using File Expert to help me manage my Android. Let me show you how to clean it. 1.Download and install File Expert from Google Play 2.Open the app, enter APK Files. Select the files you want to delete and click a trash can icon at the bottom. Ok, all is done.
