No, human hair products should never be used on a cat. The chemicals used in human shampoo are much too harsh to use on a cat, and will likely cause an imbalance in the skin's oils. It will likely cause discomfort to the cat and may even cause a reaction or even burns.
If you wish to wash your cat, only use a shampoo made specifically for cats, as these are very mild and are perfectly safe to use on a cat's hair and delicate skin.
