A charcoal grill is filled with charcoal pieces called "briquettes," which once set on fire will burn for some time. Gas grills are powered by propane gas, which is stored in a tank and attached to the side of the grill. Cooking with charcoal adds a smokey, charred flavor to meat, while propane gas is flavorless and so provides a cleaner cooking experience.
Never. Gasoline should never be used either as fuel or to start a grill. It can easily burn the person attempting to ignite it. Only propane and natural gas can be used in a gas grill.

Many people love to use their grill when it starts getting warm outside, but cleaning their BBQ grill racks can be a big chore. Marinades, sauces and parts of the food cooked on the grill burn onto the racks and can be hard to get off. One great way to remove this residue is to go at it with a steel brush.
If a grill likes you, it will not burn your food to ashes. This applies to girls too.

Traeger grills are wood pellet grills, they do not use gas or propane and are therefore healthier. It stays at the right temperature and apparently you do not need to be standing watching your food like a hawk to make sure it doesn't burn. I'm glad I found out about this really cool product!
