Its not as simple as that. If you are going to eat high fat foods you first need to work out how many calories they contain. You then need to work out your daily required calorie intake (this is different for individual people) and then work out how much exercise you would need to do to burn off the excess calorie intake. If you burn more calories than you take in, it should not be a problem.
Also, high fat foods don't always contain high calories. Likewise, low fat food can be high in sugars which convert to calories!

You can burn them of later- but don't forget!:-)
Sooner or later all foods go bad, whether raw or cooked, even ready-to-eat foods. All foods taste better fresher, but the main purpose of the expiration dates on foods is to warn us against the possibility of their going bad in the fairly short run.
Your body does one of two things. It will either store the calories for later in the form of fat or it will use them right away.

I am going to post my letter later.
It's all down to the calories. Staying alive uses up calories, eating and drinking stuff brings more calories into the body.If your lifestyle is using up more calories than you gain by eating and drinking, then the body will fill the gap by burning some stored fat instead - that's pretty much all there is to it.Any type of food and/or serving size that is low in calories will make the body switch to burning stored fat sooner.Any type of food that is high in caloriesand/or big serving sizes will make the body switch to burning stored fat later - if ever.
Some calories, such as readily available sugars are absorbed immediately through the soft tissues in the mouth. (Glucose tablets for diabetics work this way.) Most unprocessed foods require more digestion. Satiety starts in the stomach with simple sugars being absorbed within 30 minutes to the final absorption in the intestines at 6 to 12 hours later.
