You m doin workout for lean and athletic physique it includes 10 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training and then again 10 minutes of cardio you want to know if your workout schedule is ok?

this is good. you can change your weight training time from 30min-1hr. but 45 min is a great time i think. also make sure you eat after your workout.
