NO. This is not OK, it's an environmental hazard and is not allowed in any municipality that I know of. Anyone who did this should know better. The septic waste water is supposed to go to a separation box and be separated into 2-6 pipes with holes in them which form the septic field. If more than a few people did this it would kill or severely damage any animal life in this creek.
