Unless the baby goldfish is fry size which means it cannot eat regular sized food as of yet (flakes or pellets) then yes, you can put small goldfish with large goldfish.
While they may not necessarily eat the baby, there could be a concern with fin nipping, but as long as the smaller fish have a place to hide and feel safe, there shouldn't be an issue.
My goldfish ate my guppie.
so yes they kill the little guys.
especially the pregnant.
guppies and goldfish are enimies.
do not get them mixed.
i had 7 now i have 1.
im not joking.
i can send a picture to images.
Most likely the answer is no. Fish are opportunist and will take any opportunity they get to eat another fish. If they smaller goldfish can fit in the larger goldfish's mouth than it will get eaten. This is true with any fish.
Technically theres no reason why a goldfish shouldnt survive in water of the temperate conditions as guppies though it would only b surviving and more than likely not enjoying its experiance i wouldnt reccomend it
Provided the size difference is not so large that the larger fish could fit the smaller ones in their mouths they would be OK together.
most of the time yes, unless you have large goldfish with basically just born goldfish. the big one will eat the timy ones.
ANSWER 1:yes but depends on wut kind c if thay get along together look it up
ANSWER 2: Depends, Is the tank big or small. I guess that you could put 2 gold fish in the tank.
yes it is actually better to have more than one golfish in a tank. goldfish are very social so they like living in groups
They can live together sometimes.
Yes
It is important to remember to put things in a goldfish tank, even goldfish get bored. Some of my suggestions for tank decor are artificial plants and a "hidey hole" for your goldfish.
You should not have goldfish and platies in the same tank ever.
Goldfish have been known to eat their own young so moving the mother goldfish out of the tank and into another is probably a good idea. You do not need to do this if the eggs have not been fertilized by a male goldfish. In that case, it is perfectly fine to leave the eggs with the mother as she will greatly enjoy devouring them.
Yes, but it might be better for the fish to have a tank partner by its side. Make sure it is another Fancy Varitey of Goldfish!
depends, can a ten gallon tank live in a goldfish
getting more goldfish in your tank
They could be seeing themselves in the reflection of the glass of your tank, but since goldfish do not have the capacity to recognize themselves in a reflection they think it is another goldfish and attempt to swim towards it. It has nothing to do with having a short memory span as the previous answer said, because goldfish actually have a long-term memory span of about three months.
Regardless of the type or size of goldfish the minimum acceptable size of an aquarium for a goldfish is 30 gallons. Buy a tank that is at least 30 gallons if you plan to have goldfish. You can comfortably fit 3 goldfish in a tank this size but no goldfish in a tank any smaller. Goldfish are essentially pond fish and need lots of space to swim; they will not thrive in a small aquarium.
Either a tank or pond of at least 30 gallons is a suitable environment for a goldfish.
no. you should have 10gal of water per goldfish. you shouldn't have goldfish in a 5gal tank at all. they are huge waste producers
Yes, goldfish are very messy. Goldfish need 10 gallons per fish, you actually need a 20 gallon tank or about a 70 liter tank for 2 goldfish. But the small tank will do while they are small, you will need to eventually get a larger tank.
