Everybody's different. You have to find the right dose for you. 0.5 mg doesn't effect me either. But 1 mg for me, is perfect. I say I f 0.5 mg isn't cutting it, try 1mg. The doctor is just starting you off on the lower dosage because for some people 0.5 mg is perfect. Try the 1mg. You'll be fine.
