yes the red atf fluid is ok for your power steering, and only power steering, do not use regular atf fluid in the actual trans.
You can on some vehicles but check with your manual if its ok and see what is recomended, if not ask dealer or you can tell me what car you have and i will tell you if its ok to use atf or not. In my celica i cant use atf
That depends on the year, make, model, etc. Some vehicles do use ATF as the power steering fluid, others do not. That depends on the year, make, model, etc. Some vehicles do use ATF as the power steering fluid, others do not.
Have the transmission fluid changed. Use only Honda ATF!
ok
Several makes of ATF fluid can be used instead of Mitsubishi Diamond. Amsoil is one in the UK. Whatever you use make sure it says SP111 Mitsubishi equivalent and nothing else.
regular ATF should be OK or dextron III.
Mobil 1 ATF formulated for Mercon/Dexron III is good, but anything that is certified as "Mercon/Dexron III" compatible should be ok.
Yes, it will bolt up. As long as you have a metric 200 or a turbo 350 your cross member should also be ok. The only issue you may have is that a 700r4 has a lock up torque converter. If your current ECM supports that you are fine. If not you either need to buy a non lock up converter for it or use an aftermarket kit for the lock up feature.
Caution! All Chrysler four-speed automatic transmissions are very sensitive to the quality of the transmission fluid. Only use Mopar ATF+ 4 in these transmissions. Do not use Dexron, Mercon, or any substitute, even if the owners manual, your mechanic, or dipstick says it is OK. You can use Dexron or Mercon if you want to replace your transmission in a few months, and I guarantee you will.
they are ok they are ok they are ok
Honda specifies the use of genuine Honda ATF Z1 only. Any substitute may cause shifting problems. I would not use any other fluid period. Synthetic may be fine but I am not 100% sure so my advice is stick with Honda ATF Z1. You can ask your Honda dealer, but if he say use synthetic get it in writing or your warranty may be void.
