You can wear whatever you want on your period, as long as the products you're using stop you from leaking there's no reason not to wear white shorts. Just make sure you're using correct absorbency, don't use super absorbency tampons if your flow isn't heavy enough to use such a high absorbency. You may want to try menstrual cups instead as these won't leak like tampons do.
I believe so: you're protected well. But accidents do happen...
Yes, it won't hurt you if you make sure to change it out regularly like when you are on your period. Otherwise it might cause rashes or irritation.
no it will not but instead of putting a pad on before your period just bring it with you
maybe 9 hours
Make sure you have a pad or tampon with you and wear it
You Dont Have To Wear A Pad If you arent on your Period. But it is always good to carry pads or tampons with you in your bag
if you feel like your gonna get your period then wear a pad and if that happens run down to the office and ask if you can call your parents and they can come and give you a pad or tampon
stick it on to the inside of the crotch of your period panties.
If it's the first day, you're probably just starting to flow and much of the time it is only visible when you wipe and not on the pad. It will probably be visible on the pad before the end of the day.
you should put in a tampon and wear a pad in your underwear
It is not dangerous to not wear a pad however, if you think you are about to start it is prudent to wear one so you don't run the risk of it running through to your pants where someone might be able to see it.
if you have your period or think you might pee a little during exercise it's a good idea to wear one.
Yes girls can play soccer with their period, although personally I would wear a tampon not a pad. Good luck!!
you can't but you can try wearing a thinner pad or a tampon :)
