He needs to find out why he feels the need to wear diapers. If he has a medical problem with incontinence then that is one reason and hopefully a doctor can help with that but if it's a way to feel safe etc, he needs therapy since wearing the diaper is not a solution, just a symptom something is wrong. Once potty trained we don't feel the need for a diaper anymore. If it's a fetish then fine, wear it when you have sex. There is no reason to digress in development and start to use diapers again.

∙ 10y agoAlthough there are people who absolutely need diapers for medical reasons(in which case it is okay to wear a diaper), there are people who don't have any medical reasons (and can actually be considered to be in a fetish for baby-like items). As long as you only plan on temporarily wearing one, it's okay to wear a diaper. But don't let it prolong for too long, or the fetish begins to build.
Special Needs Children vary in what is considered to be okay, and can be based off the same decision as that of an adult, keeping in mind special consideration. Talk to your doctor, to see what they consider okay for you/your child and the diaper-wearing stage.
