AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT DEHYDRATING YOU SHOULD BE OKAY. HOWEVER, YOU NEED TO ADD SOMETHING MORE TO YOUR DIET. IF YOU DON'T IT WILL CONTINUE AND THE BABY WON'T GET ENOUGH OF WHAT IT NEEDS. YOU NEED TO EAT SOME MEAT, VEGETABLES, BREADS AND DAIRY.
