It has actually been proved that if you skip meals(especially breakfast) your body holds onto the fat because it thinks your going through a starvation period, so you will stay the same weight for a long time, and be hungry and have no energy. If you are unhappy with your weight it doesn't mean you have to not eat. I would recommend lots of vegetables and fruit, low GI products and at least 20 mins of exercise a day. This will keep you fit, healthy and happy, and also, if you acne or pimples it will make you skin clear up.

As my research has stated, coffee is an okay drink to have on the bland diet but it is one of the food items to have in moderation. You should watch the amounts of coffee that you drink and maybe only have it every other morning if you are a morning coffee drinker.
