If it's on the sidewall, you are asking for problems.
No it will not double the tire life, but NOT rotating your tires can cut your tire life by more than half. The mileage expectancy of a tire is calculated taking into consideration proper tire rotation, keeping them inflated to the proper PSI, how you drive, and correct alignment.
Adjust the tire pressure to specs then take it for a drive. It will reset itself if everything is okay. If you have a faulty sensor the light will remain on.
No
Yes
No, you can plug a drive or trailer tire - you just can't plug a steer tire or use recaps on the steer axle.
A ball inside the tire will unbalance the tire and affect how the vehicle will handle.
Yes they are
No !!!!!!!!!!!
Can you? Sure you can, but I would not recommend it. Air is leaking through the plies of the tire and bulging the sidewall. This has caused the sidewall to separate from the carcass of the tire. This will eventually leak to complete separation of the sidewall and tread as time goes on. My advice is to replace any tire with a bubble on the sidewall. This is a defective tire that you do not want to drive at highway speed on and risk an accident. I built tires at a General Tire plant so I have knowledge of how they are built and I would not drive on this tire.
okay. If you inflict an invisible cut/gash on yourself you are zMO. Get help.
It is suggested to drive as little as possible on a spare tire. This of course doesn't apply if it is a full size spare tire, but a donut? its there to get you to the shop, not drive around town for weeks. with that said, if you don't drive like a maniac, you should be able to drive on one for a long time, given you monitor the wear and tire pressure regularly
Inside the front left tire. you have to cut ompen the tire to see it.
