Well, it's a little late to just now be making this decision ,you will have to have the baby. But talk to your parents about your different options... maybe they will want to raise or hep you raise the baby, or maybe you can give it up for adoption and find a family who can give the child a good home. You are very very young, but there are things that you can do to resolve this situation. Best of luck.
