Before you give up hope that fasting may help an ulcer, look into more reliable sources than the answers you're likely to obtain on this site. A gentler approach to fasting you may want to look into is juice fasting. That way, you're still putting something into your stomach while still allowing your body to do a lot of the healing that it so desperately needs. Another thing you could try is a complete and lasting change in your diet. Cut down on meat to not more than twice per week and only combined with vegetables. Also always have fruit fresh(never ever heated in any way), and on an empty stomach. May I recommend that you read about Natural Hygiene, especially the book called Fit for Life 2:Living Health, by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond.
