It is impossible for man to know what problems God experiences, but it is possible that one of the main problems could be unruly people who do harm to others and to themselves by denying God and not following precepts like doing to others as you want them to do to you.

If you wish to know God then look to His son Jesus Christ. For He said I do the will of my father. We need to know who and what He is, His purpose for all of His sons and daughters He created. We need to know the mind and will of God and so we look to Christ to know these things. He is literally our father in heaven, just like our earthly fathers. Getting to know God is not just reading the Bible. One can know Him on a personal level as well. For me personally, when I say I want to know God, I'm saying that I want to be closer to Him spiritually. This is a really good question.
