But if we seek God, then we will be liberated from suffering and ultimately be united with God. That is our ultimate goal to realize we are the Soul. God has given us a choice, we can choose whatever we want.

God is everywhere in everything around us. He comforts us when we cry out to him, and rejoices with us when we are cheerful. We know he is there because it is so evident in little ways. Sometimes we go through trials but He makes us go through them to help us grow and so we become a better person. Trials are for our own benefit.
