It is possible, yes. But is it practical, no!
A witch or wizard could train for years to do this sort of thing, when you could just reach out your hand and do it now in a second or two.
Magic is most effective working subtly Behind the Scenes to change the fabric of the universe. It is not a party piece, and it not made a fool of.
Use magic for assisting you to do things you could not just reach out your hand right now and do, it's better that way, it will be your true friend and helper.
