Is it possible that a shy guy is too shy too call and that is the reason why he sends texts instead of calling if so how does one go about this?

COMPLETELY. That is exactly y he sends texts. Ive been in one of those relationships (sux).What u want to do is either find him at scholl and talk to him like a GF/BF. If u keep this up he/she will become more accustomed to u and will talk to u. He/she is just shy now.
