1: go to findsounds.com (or any other sites)2: go to windows movie maker (or download it if you haven't)3: make a pivot animation4:save the animation as a GIF5: upload it to windows movie maker6: download the sound you want7: upload it to windows movie maker8: publish it to a folder and upload it to youtube, metacafe, ect.
you save the animation as a GIF file, then open Windows movie maker, import the GIF file, then add it to the time table. now import the sound file and add it to the time table too, and just sync them. save the file as video file and your done!
most people use windows media player, but if you dont have that i use sound recorder and virtualdub. (both free)
you save it as a .gif then go to Windows Movie Maker. Click import media and find the gif. open it and go to a sound website. (i.e. findsounds.com) Right click on the URL for the sound and click save target as. Go back to WMM and click Import Audio. Snyc the sounds with the animation and your done! To put it on YouTube, click File at the top and then click Publish. Go to YT and click upload. Browse for the file, double-click it an Upload. YouTube! You can add music and sound effects through Windows Movie Maker, but first you must make it a gif file. I don't quite get what you mean by pictures unless you mean sprites. You make them by paint. Step-by-Step to make pivot file to a gif 1.Click 'save animation' under file. Hit the down arrow on the save screen and click gif. 2. Make 'frame delay' 9/100ths of a second and shrink frames by 1/2 uncheck everything.(feel free to experiment with settings) 3. Open Windows Movie Maker and click 'Import Video' 4.Get Music from Windows Media Player. You'll have to surf the web for sound effects.
