Is it possible to catch a regular missingno with out a gamesark or being glitched in red blue and yellow?

You don't need to cheat to catch a Missingno. It can be found in the Pokemon Red and Blue versions.

WHAT IS MISSINGNO?

Missingno is like a empty profile. Missingno was created so programmers would have something they can use to create Pokemon in the game. So they came up with a idea to make a empty profile in the game and later on replace the files with Pokemon. But it seems that they missed out some Missingnos when they programmed it which still remains in the game.

HOW TO FIND MISSINGNO

Ther have been several reports of Missingno in Pokemon games, but only the Red and Blue versions have been confirmed with a Missingno in it. Here's how you can find one:

1) Fly to Viridian City and let the old man show you how to catch Pokemon.

2) Fly to Cinnabar Island.

3) Surf up and down on the right side of Cinnabar Island.

4) In a while, you should come face to face with a glitch called a Missingno (sometimes the name will be just a mix of letters). It's usually at a high level, and it knows 3 moves:

1. Water Gun

2. Water Gun

3. Sky Attack

For some reason, it knows two Water Guns and Sky Attack is a "Bird" type.

Note: Catching a Missingno can mess up your game. It can duplicate the item in the 6th slot of your bag and erase Hall of Fame records.
