Nope.
You can't slow down or speed up video on Windows Live Movie Maker since it is a stripped-down version of the program that lacks many features/functions and display tracks that the 2.6 version has.
Yes it is. You can download Windows Movie Maker from microsoft's website.
You can only use the effects available in Windows Live Movie Maker. If the effect is not there, then you can't use it (or make one).
You can't do that in Windows Live Movie Maker because the feature is not available.
If you are using Windows Live Movie Maker there is no Slow Down effect available.Only Windows Movie Maker v2.6 has this effect. I suggest downloading Windows Movie Maker v2.6 if you want to access the 'Slow down, Half' effect.(NOTE: You can have both the versions on your computer)Windows Movie Maker v2.6 for Vista/Windows 7:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=D6BA5972-328E-4DF7-8F9D-068FC0F80CFC&displaylang=en
If you are asking if you can add a 'spotlight' effect in Windows Movie Maker, you can't.
There is no feature in Windows Movie Maker that allows you to add an effect to all the clips in your project. Windows Movie Maker is a very basic video editing software application with limited features. Unfortunately, you will have to add the effects individually.
There is no Speed up, or Slow down effect in Windows Live Movie Maker. The effect is only available in earlier versions such as 2.1 and 2.6.
Try Rehanfx.
its possible just upload a video to it
No... Unfortunately, effects can't be added simultaneously to clips on Windows Movie Maker. But, you can use the Auto-Movie feature, which will add random effects and transitions to your entire project if you don't wish to do it manually.
No. You can't get the Brady Bunch effect (Split-screen) in Windows Live Movie Maker since the program is a simplified version of Windows Movie Maker v2.6. Split-screen effects can be downloaded from rehanfx for Windows XP operating systems. And, even though some people say the split-screen effect works on Vista, I have not found that to be the case.
Rehanfx has many plug-in effects for Windows Movie Maker. You should check the site out to search for an echo effect:http://www.rehanfx.org/
