They both have very similar calibers so it is possible although everything would have to match perfectly including the amount of gunpowder used in the cartridge, etc. or you stand a chance of damaging the gun and possibly causing yourself injury.

If you swallow a bullet will the acid in your stomach fire the bullet?

No, stomach acid will not fire a bullet, or, more properly, a cartridge, you have ingested. It cannot. Further, a cartridge that is in good condition going in will almost certainly pass completely through you and be little affected by your digestive system. Transit time in a healthy "normal" person will be too short for anything substantial to happen to that cartridge.

Can you shoot 22 calibar bullets in a 25 handgun?

No. The .22 is smaller in diameter than the .25 and would be too small for the chamber of a .25. Generally speaking, you should never try to fire any cartridge in any handgun other than what it is designed to fire. While it may be possible to get a cartridge to fire from a different gun, it may cause damage to the gun or the shooter. Additionally, I forgot to mention that the .22 is a rimfire cartridge and the .25 is a center fire, the the firing mechanism is slightly different in the two guns.
