If you do not care for what your Vet is saying, then get a 2nd opinion from another Vet, preferably one that specializes in Orthopedics or Neurology. It is very important to get the hip put back into place within 12-24 hours of it being out of place, was that done? It can slip back out, is that possibly the problem?
