It is not likely, but it is not impossible. If the fluid ended up on mucous tissues, like the tissues within the urethra or the lining of the mouth, or if they came in contact with an open part of the skin, it is possible that infection took place. Of course the given is that if the woman is not carrying HIV, then no HIV infection can go from the woman to her partner. The fluids themselves are not dangerous.
