No, sorry - since the 1950's the format of TV has changed dramatically. In the 50's TV's used 405 lines horizontally to create the picture. Current 'standard' TV's use 625 lines and Hi-definition sets used 1080 lines ! Additionally, the frequencies used to broadcast the TV pictures have changed since the 50's.
