It is definitely possible to have an allergy to pecans. Having tree nut Allergies is a common thing amongst people. However, just because someone is allergy to one type of tree nut does not mean that he or she is allergic to all types of tree nuts. One should consult his or her doctor to find out more about nut allergies.

yes you can, i am 21 years old and im deadly allergic to them, eyes swell up and get blood shot , i get itchy on arms and my throat closes up
