Sure you can. DIN refers to a standardized radio/stereo size for vehicles (large enough to accept a CD). 1 DIN is the standard DIN specification. 2 DIN or double DIN refers to units that are twice as high as the standard DIN, half DIN is half high as 1 DIN. Check the player position height of your car carefully. If 50mm, you should get 1 Din Car stereo, and if 100mm, you should get 2 Din stereo. You can buy great 2 din stereo from Eonon.

Yes depending on what CC it is and what vehicle you drive you can drive faster or slower. Psst the fastest vehicle is the bullet bill.
If you want the original stereo this will be hard to find. If you want a new one, you can buy any aftermarket model that fits the opening (referred to as single and double DIN based on size of the stereo). Several online stereo dealers include all the mounting hardware and cable adapters at no charge (sorry I cant include names, it can be mistaken for an endorsement and the moderator will delete my post) just search for car stereos and you will find several online dealers available that can actually tell you what stereos will fit in your specific car. On a side note, for not much more cost than a basic model, you can get a unit with built in bluetooth that will give you hands-free phone and access to your iPod/MP3 player music library in your vehicle.
I was born double-jointed, or hypermobile, which is the specific and correct term that your doctor will use. (It also can be called hyperlaxity). It is possible to be hypermobile as an infant because people don't just suddenly become double-jointed. Hope this helped you!!!
The 2001 Chevy Tahoe has a single din, 180x50mm. There's enough room in the vehicle to install a double din, but it comes with the single.
A double din unit will fit in the Trailblazer/Envoy platform vehicle however you will need adapters. If you are experimenting then you are best to let a pro do it.
