It could be possible but I haven't tried it. If you could set up one of the controller's joysticks to act like a mouse you would simply have to bind keyboard functions to the other controller buttons but it would be impossible to use the in-game chat feature without a keyboard, virtual or otherwise.

∙ 11y agoWhile it MIGHT be remotely possible to use a controller for World of Warcraft, it would probably involve using third party software, which is usually frowned upon by Blizzard. They usually want you to play with mouse and keyboard. Even the fancy ones with macroing keys are kinda frowned upon, if used to automate certain actions.
