I guess so. The ps3 and Xbox 360 are just basically a simple motherboard with a processor with hard drive storage and outputs. My only concerns would be how to join the two motherboards (without damage), combatibility issues, and overheating. In addition, there is a very high chance of data corruption. Simply, just don't try it!
The core task your computer case should do is that of cooling your computer. This is especially important when you're gaming which is heavy on the computer causing it to emit a lot of heat. After you have good heating you are going to need some cool glowing effects and designs. This is a gaming case and you may be taking it to some LAN parties and you need to show everyone you are a rockin' gamer and what a better way to do it than with a rockin' case.
With the amount of power modern gaming-oriented video cards draw, the case is fine as it is and everything else needs to be upgraded.
No you have only bought the case. If it had the gear included, it would be called something like a base unit or machine. Surely the answer to this question is obvious when looking at prices?

Workstations are computers that are designed to handle more demanding workloads such as 3D rendering, video editing, and scientific simulations. They typically have more powerful processors, more memory, and faster graphics cards than regular desktop computers, which can make them suitable for gaming. However, workstations are generally more expensive than gaming PCs, and they may not offer the same level of performance as a dedicated gaming computer. Additionally, workstations are not designed with gaming in mind and may not have features such as customizable RGB lighting or easy-to-access case components that are common on gaming PCs. If you are primarily interested in gaming and do not need the additional power and features of a workstation, a dedicated gaming PC may be a better choice.
