No.
MICROSOFT never thought of that idea. Only SONY PS3 has that option, but if you want to another way get a MICROSOFT DATA TRANSFER CABLE and download XPORT you make backups on your PC then you can move them to your Flash Drive. The sad part is you have to connect your HDD up to your PC. Open up you flash drive. move your files to your HDD. So in a since its not worth it, But its worth for MODDING.

When the Xbox says install game it does not mean you are about to install the full game onto your hard drive. When you install a game on to your Xbox it's taking some of the game files and installing them to make the game run smoother and possibly look better.
