No.
You have a problem with the air bag system and until it is repaired the light will continue to flash.
There was a cospiracy that you could shoot it out of the air with an anti-aircraft missile, but it's not possible. You can't stop it.
If the air conditioning light is blinking on a 1992 Chevy Pickup, it is possible that the Freon is low in the air conditioning system. it is also possible for this light to blink when the radiator fluid is low or there is a problem with the air conditioning belt running the pump.
usually a light implies there is a possible problem. also, make sure air bag switch is on.
The light is flashing because there is a problem. The problem will need to be diagnosed and repaired to stop the flashing.
as long as it is light and dousn't stop
No, it is not possible to stop a light ray as it always travels at the speed of light in a vacuum. While light can be absorbed, reflected, or refracted by certain materials, it cannot be completely halted in its path.
If you mean that the light is in the glass, and the air is on the "outside", then yes. The other way it isn't possible; for total internal reflection, the material through which light travels must needs have a higher refractive index.
You will have to have the system checked for codes to know possible problems.

When the air bag light remains on, the system is inoperable. With the air bag light on and the horn not working I would suspect the "clock spring" is bad. Have your mechanic check it out soon.
It's possible that the compressor just isn't moving enough refrigerant through the AC when you're sitting at the light, or possibly the radiator fan isn't working properly and you're not getting enough air across the condenser coils.
